- General Terms
This document containing the terms and conditions of use of the website www.lucilla.dental (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) sets out the conditions under which any person may visit or access the website www.lucilla.dental, or use in any way the services offered through the Site.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions: “Site” means the website www.lucilla.dental; “Site Administrator” means S.C. L&L DENTAL LUXURY S.R.L., headquartered at Șos. Snagov, no. 104, Snagov, Ilfov County; “Service” means any service offered on the Site, and/or any module or component thereof; “User” means any person who visits or accesses the Site, creates an account on the Site, or wishes to use in any way or actually uses the Service.
Failure to accept these Terms and Conditions or any of their provisions, as set forth in this document, entails the User’s obligation to immediately cease accessing the Site; continued access or visitation of the Site, any of its pages and/or use of the Service, or any of its components, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and any of their provisions.
By registering, the User fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to use the Service strictly in accordance with them. Users understand and accept that continued use, access, or visitation of the Site, any of its pages, and/or use of the Service, or any of its components, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and any of their provisions; failure to accept the Terms and Conditions by the aforementioned Users entails their obligation to immediately cease accessing the Site.
- Rights to Site Content
The content and graphic elements of the Site, including but not limited to all text content and any other material transmitted in any form to Users (whether through direct viewing on the Site, newsletters, or any other materials related directly or indirectly to the Site) belong to the Site Administrator and its partners and constitute the Site’s content. Exceptionally, materials for which another rights holder, owner, or source is indicated on the Site, as well as opinions and/or comments of any kind expressed by Users posted on the Site or regarding the Site Content generally, do not belong to the Site Administrator or its partners. When the Site Administrator obtains Site Content, regardless of location or type, from other producers/issuers of content or materials in text, image, graphic, video sequence format (but not limited to these), such usage is done in compliance with applicable laws and rules.
Users understand and accept that all information, data, and materials posted on the Site have only an informative and indicative nature, and that the Site Administrator cannot be held liable in any way for the truthfulness or validity of the Site Content, or for any legal effects resulting from its use.
The response received from completing the mini-consultation form does not constitute a real consultation, and the Site Administrator cannot be held liable for this informal response, which has purely informational purposes and does not constitute appropriate medical treatment.
Users agree to respect all copyright, related rights, and any other intellectual property rights held by the Site Administrator and its partners in relation to the Site, its Content, the Service, any module or component thereof, or their use. Users understand and accept that in case of violation of any of the above provisions, they may be held liable towards the authors/owners of the Site Content. Site Content, regardless of location or type, may be used exclusively for personal purposes, defined herein as strictly non-commercial purposes without any direct or indirect intent to gain profit or benefits from such use. Any use of the content by third parties for purposes other than personal use may only be made with the prior express written consent of the Site Administrator.
Copying, downloading, reproducing, publishing, transmitting, selling, distributing wholly or partially, in original or modified form, the content of this Site or any part thereof for purposes other than personal use is prohibited; the Site Administrator reserves the right to take legal action against any person or entity who violates these provisions. Requests for use of Site Content for purposes other than personal may be sent to S.C. L&L DENTAL LUXURY S.R.L., headquartered at Șos. Snagov, no. 104, Snagov, Ilfov County, marked “Request for Use of Lucilla.Dental Content,” or via any contact methods on the Site’s Contact page. Any person sending information or materials to the Site assumes the obligation not to infringe on any third-party copyrights related to the transmitted materials and understands that any violation does not engage the Site Administrator’s liability but only that of the respective individuals.
Users sending information or materials to the Site agree to grant exclusive, unlimited, worldwide rights upon submission to the Site Administrator to use, adapt, modify, and/or retransmit the contributed content. The Site Administrator cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by content posted or uploaded to the Site or its modules (such as order forms or mini-consultations) by any person, regardless of which section, service, or facility the content pertains to. Persons sending information, comments, opinions, or materials to the Site assume full responsibility for the accuracy, validity, and correctness of the information, including but not limited to legal consequences relating to their use. Posting obscene, vulgar, illegal, threatening, abusive, indecent, racist, chauvinist, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful content on the Site is strictly prohibited.
Users understand and accept that in case of any violation of any provision of the Terms and Conditions, the Site Administrator may, at its discretion, refuse to publish or modify any content submitted by the User without prior warning or notification. The Site merely provides a platform for information and communication, and Users alone are responsible for any materials posted regardless of format or location (e.g., blog, avatar, comments).
- Links to Other Websites
Users understand and accept that the Site may contain links or references to other websites (personal blogs, suppliers’ websites, advertising microsites, etc.) considered useful but not controlled or monitored by the Site Administrator. The Site Administrator disclaims any liability regarding content or opinions on such external sites and does not guarantee their accuracy or correctness. Accessing these sites is at Users’ own risk. Inclusion of links does not imply endorsement by the Site Administrator.
- Limitation of Liability
The Site Administrator does not guarantee or assume liability for any content on the Site or content provided by Users. Reasonable efforts will be made to ensure accuracy and reliability, and errors will be corrected as soon as possible.
The Site Administrator offers no warranties or liability for Site Content and cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from use or inability to use the Site Content, regardless of cause.
Users accept that Site operation may be affected by objective conditions, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” at Users’ risk. The Site Administrator is not liable for any information, including text, images, videos, avatars, blogs, or any effects thereof.
Users also accept that the Site Administrator is not liable for any interruptions, malfunctions, or errors unless proven to be caused solely by the Administrator’s gross negligence.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site Administrator and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, costs (including legal fees), or other liabilities arising from improper use of the Site or Services.
- Applicable Law and Disputes
Users’ and the Site Administrator’s rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts of Bucharest.
- Modification of Terms and Conditions
The Site Administrator reserves the right to modify any provisions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any continued use of the Site or Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users who do not accept changes must immediately cease using the Site and Services.
